Our Background
Monstera Marketing is a local social media management company run by two sisters, Carsen & Tiernan. Carsen founded the business in 2020 (originally Project Connect) during the chaos of Covid-19. Her mission was to help local businesses stay connected with their customers when we were all forced to remain apart.

Carsen's love for growing things exceeded beyond plants. Eventually she brought her sister Tiernan on board to help with managing new clients. Now they run the company together with the goal of growing their clientele.
